Awarded to Kensington Park in the Asia Pacific region.

Kensington Park has earned further international recognition following the 2008 CNBC International Property Awards announcement in Singapore.

Judged by a panel of worldwide professionals and chaired by British Shadow Secretary of State Eric Pickles, Kensington Park was awarded with the highest 5 star recognition for both the overall Best Development and Best Property Marketing, and a 4 star achieved for Best Architecture. Following this announcement was the ‘World’s Best’ finalists, in which Kensington was again selected for Property Marketing. Only five companies throughout the world are selected to go forward for re-judging.

The Chief Executive of the Property Council of New Zealand, Connal Townsend described Kensington’s success as a fantastic endorsement for the company’s commitment to excellence, and for the New Zealand property development industry generally. “These are seriously well-regarded international awards,” he said. “The Asia Pacific region includes Australia and the massive developments being undertaken in China, India, Thailand and Japan.”
