John Sax - CEO / Executive Director

Owner of Kensington Park John Sax, was founder of the Southpark Group of Companies. Southpark Corporation is a privately owned company which has been successfully developing properties for the past 30+ years, and under which Kensington Park Holdings Ltd sits.

Since its inception, Southpark Corporation has successfully completed over 50 projects, predominantly in the industrial sector. Working with Auckland’s most accomplished consultants employing experienced contractors, Southpark Group is committed to excellence in construction and purchaser satisfaction. The company has constructed design build premises for L’Oreal Paris, Phillips New Zealand, Steel & Tube, Just Jeans, Wilson &Horton, P.D.L. Industries, Pirelli Cables, New Wave Logistics, Peter Baker Transport, Siemens NZ, Sharp Corporation, Croxley Stationery, BJ Ball and Seamount.

John Sax, pictured above, is also the Founder and Chairman of the ‘For the Sake of Our Children Trust’. He is a promoter and a champion of caring communities. John is also a Founder and Director of numerous community and social action initiatives.

John is no stranger to visionary projects. The Southpark Group of Companies include a Utilities Company supplying water and power, Treetops Lodge in Rotorua and most recently, Kinloch Golf Course, the only Jack Nicklaus designed course in New Zealand.
